What is Leadership?

Leadership is a process which an individual works through a series of repetitious stages.  First you must have a vision.  Once you have created your vision you need to establish an objective.  Next you must set goals. Setting goals is the most important ingredient.  Without goals you will get what you’ve always gotten.

You must follow through, continuously seeking to influence others and perform the tasks needed to make the vision a reality.  A leader realizes what talents he or she has and surrounds themselves with others who can compliment them and compensate for their short comings.

Everyone is not a leader; however everyone can participate in a lot more leadership.

I am looking for innovative thinkers and entrepreneurs that are constantly moving forward.
